Bad Driburg, 20.03.2022 Turning 80

A tradition by now. My parents, my sister, her family, me and my family meet somewhere to celebrate a birthday. This year, my dad turns 80 and we rent an old farmhouse close to Bad Driburg. We are blessed with sunshine, spring blossoms, friendly animals, great food and a great cake. Hoping for many many occasions to come!

My best birthday present on my birthday was the surprise visit of Leonie. And my other best present was the planned visit of Uli for the upcoming weekend. We strolled through the city, had a fabulous dinner at the Pastis, and saw the "Beirut and the Golden Sixties" exhibition at the Martin Gropius Bau. And, not to forget, my birthday cake, a Paris-Brest, was awesome, too. Thank you.
