I applied for money at the district office to 'beautify' the school. I planted thousands of early bloomers, daffodils, crocuses, tulips and others with a bunch of highly motivated kids. Early bloomers can withstand rough winters as well as hot and dry summers, offer food for insects and are highly welcome to anyone after grey and cold winters. We are looking forward to seeing them in spring!
